Caroline E. Kirkpatrick, Ph.D. is the Director of the Educational Services
Department at the Supreme Court of Virginia. She has been with the
department since 1999, and has held other positions such as
Curriculum/Distance Learning Specialist and Assistant Director. Dr.
Kirkpatrick is a member of the National Association of State Judicial
Educators and is currently serving as Secretary for the Mid-Atlantic
Association of Court Management. She holds a B.A. in French from the
University of Virginia, and an M.A. in teaching and a Ph.D. in education
from Virginia Commonwealth University.
