Glenda Guzinski has over 34 years experience in the legal arena. She began her career with the judicial system at the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland in 1986. In 2000, Ms. Guzinski was promoted to Assistant Court Administrator involving the organization and management of a broad and varied range of non-judicial operations for the Circuit Court, including the human resources responsibilities governing its 147 court employees.

Ms. Guzinski has been a member of the Mid-Atlantic Association for Court Management (MAACM) since 2000 and was Chair of the Conference Committee from October 2004 to October 2005. She received the MAACM "Outstanding Service Award" in 2005 as a result of her assistance throughout the 12th Annual Conference year. Ms. Guzinski was appointed to serve on the Advisory Board from October 2005 to October 2007, and served as the Workshop Coordinator for MAACM’s 2007 mid-year and annual conferences.

In addition, Ms. Guzinski successfully completed the Michigan State University Judicial Administration Program Noncredit Certificate and participated in the graduation held at the 17th Annual MAACM Conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania. She has also been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2003.
