| Board Officers Bio Elizabeth Domingo is the Trial Court Administrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County, a judicial district of both limited and general jurisdiction, with 23 judges and 450 staff members. As the highest ranking staff executive, Ms. Domingo is in charge of all court operations, including financial management, human resources, information systems, case management, probation services, jury utilization, facilities, equipment, records management, security, and statistical analysis. Prior to the appointment as Trial Court Administrator, Ms. Domingo served as the Assistant Trial Court Administrator, stationed at the Sussex County Superior Court in Newton, NJ for the Morris/Sussex Counties, a multi county vicinage. During her tenure as an Assistant Trial Court Administrator, Ms. Domingo also served as EEO/AA Officer, Volunteer Coordinator, and Hearing Officer for labor and disciplinary matters. Ms. Domingo's other professional work experiences have included the following: Assistant Civil Division Manager for Hudson County, New Jersey where she managed Hudson County's Violations Bureau and Special Civil Part ( Landlord/tenant, small claims, and arbitration ) Hudson County Jury Manager, and Hudson County Bilingual Probation Officer for the Criminal Division Pre Adjudication Unit. Ms. Domingo is the current Treasurer of the Mid-Atlantic Association for Court Management. Ms. Domingo is an active member of the New Jersey Council on Juvenile Justice System Improvement and is co-chair of the State's subcommittee on Racial Disparities and DMC in the Juvenile Justice System. Ms. Domingo is faculty to New Jersey's JDAI National Model site curriculum in partnership with the Juvenile Justice Commission. Ms. Domingo is also co chair of the Local County Council in Union for Juvenile Justice Systems Improvement. Ms. Domingo obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hall University. |
