Vicky Bartholomew is a Deputy Court Administrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, PA. She has been with Court Administration since 1986 and currently manages the Criminal Division. During her 24+ years in Court Administration she has held other positions within the department that include Arbitration Administrator and Assistant Court Administrator.

Ms. Bartholomew has been a member of the Mid-Atlantic Association for Court Management (MAACM) since 1996. She served on the Advisory Board from 2006 to 2009. Her service also includes the role of Vendor Coordinator and memberships in both the Conference and Communications Committees. Vicky is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Court Management (PACM) and is on the Professional Development Committee.
