Registration cancellations will be accepted until Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 12:01 AM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to MAACM.
30 Days or More Prior to Conference Start Date:
Vendors/exhibitors who cancel their participation 30 days or more before the conference will receive a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee.
Less Than 30 Days Prior to Conference Start Date:
Cancellations received fewer than 30 days before the conference will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason.
