of court professionals, MAACM responds to the changing management development needs of its

Dear MAACM Members,

Spring is here, and with it comes one of our most anticipated events of the year. Registration is now open for the 2026 Mid-Year Conference, Opening the Doors to Justice in the Modern Courts Through Transparency, AI & Customer Service, and I encourage you to join us.

This year’s program brings together timely and practical discussions that reflect the evolving work of our courts. We will explore customer service strategies that balance professionalism and neutrality, hear directly from jurisdictions implementing artificial intelligence in meaningful ways, and close with a leadership session focused on aligning values, vision, and team performance.

The conference will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the Executive Banquet Conference Center in Newark, Delaware. As always, this event offers high-quality education and the opportunity to connect with colleagues across our region.
